Sharetech successfully transfers new technology to Philippine University in June 2020

In June 2020, Sharetech has successfully transferred its advanced waste incineration heat recovery technology to a university in the Philippines. The technology utilizes the Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) to convert waste heat from the incineration process into electricity.

In addition to providing the ORC technology, Sharetech was responsible for integrating the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) system with other devices and modules in the waste incineration process. This complex system required the use of multiple new technologies, particularly the efficient use of the ORC cycle, which is also part of the Fukushima rebuilding program.

The project is a result of the partnership between Sharetech engineers and partners in Taiwan and the Philippines. Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Sharetech’s advanced technology and expertise have enabled the successful transfer of the ORC technology to the university, allowing for the safe and efficient conversion of waste heat into renewable energy. This technology will help reduce the impact of waste incineration on the environment and contribute to the sustainable development of the region.
