With an impressive academic and research journey, Dr. Nguyen has completed his doctoral program in South Korea, specializing in “Digital 3D Technology in Structural Design and Smart Materials,” and subsequently worked at the University of Virginia (USA) as a postdoctoral research lecturer (2021–2024), focusing extensively on AI and Data Science applications in physics and engineering problems.

Returning to Vietnam in 2024, he assumed the role of Team Leader for Team 3 – the unit responsible for Intellectual Property and Technology at Sharetech, directly leading multiple AI and Mechatronics research initiatives, progressively guiding R&D products toward commercialization phases.
With his dedication, systematic thinking, and international vision, Sharetech’s Board of Directors is confident that the new CTO will continue to inherit and develop the company’s core values, elevating the organization to new heights in high-tech sectors – particularly in Physical AI solutions, mechatronics, and smart energy applications across industry, agriculture, and modern life.
